What if I receive an error message when requesting an item in the Robotic Retrieval System (RRS)?

Robotic Retrieval System (RRS) requests will not be completed if you have:

1) Overdue library items
2)
A block on your library account, or
3)
If you have never checked out an item from the library. In all cases go to the Circulation desk in your library to resolve the problem.
