Try logging in directly to ULink. If your ID and password are working in ULink, you can contact the IT Help Desk at (502)852-7997.

  • Call the IT Help Desk at (502)852-7997 [Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm] to check if your account is in "active status" for proxy server OR
If your login is not working in ULink, contact the IT HelpDesk at (502) 852-7997.
